Misty by beedolphin

I always did like Misty's design. Her hair is very cute, and I liked how she was portrayed in the cartoon, tough, determined, no nonsense, but with a sensitive side to certain things. She probably ranks as my second favorite Kanto Gym Leader, right behind Sabrina.
