Much as Eirin acts as Kaguya's guardian, so too does Bubble Man act as Heat Man's in Neo's continuities. Thus, the two seem well suited to each other. There is also the water = healing thing, so that too works nicely... and I am now stuck thinking of Heat Man waving his arm and calling "HELP ME BUBBLE MAN!"
