While he may not look the part, Takeda the Shiftry is a brilliant strategist. A rather eccentric sort, he refuses to let his old age get the best of him. He wears a mask in order to conceal his own emotional expressions, while letting him see those of the people he meets, feeling it puts him at a mental advantage.
