Khartoum the Cofagrigus is an enigmatic sort, very secretive about his past. He prefers going out at night, tending to keep to himself during the day. A bit of a vigilante, he likes to help those in need from the shadows. The eye pendant he wears seems to give him limited control over said shadows, which he usually manifests into a second set of spectral arms.
