While playing Secret of Mana, I mentioned a fanfic I read once, part of which involved Dyluck hanging out with the main party, and as they were set upon by thieves, he improvised by pulling a carrot out of a bag of groceries to defend himself. Sadly, I don't remember the name of this fanfic.
